A place to stay in touch
This is a space where I share reflections from my work and from life - moments, observations, and questions that emerge through therapy, relationship, and lived experience.
It is not separate from my clinical work, but an extension of it.
A place to pause, to notice, and to stay connected to what is real.
What I write about
The newsletters often begin with something simple:
a moment in the therapy room
an experience from everyday life
a question that lingers
From there, they open into reflections on:
relational patterns
emotional experience
presence and awareness
the complexity of change
how we stay connected - to ourselves and to each other
What to expect
I write every two weeks.
Each piece is written with care, and arrives as a quiet reflection rather than something to keep up with.
There is no pressure to read everything - you are welcome to engage with what resonates.

When Vulnerability Reorganises into Competence
Recently, I noticed myself becoming extremely competent in the middle of a vulnerable conversation. Clear. Insightful. Organised.
I could feel myself explaining things beautifully. And at the same time, disappearing inside.
It wasn’t dramatic. There was no conflict. No obvious rupture.
Just a subtle but unmistakable shift: The more vulnerable the moment became, the more articulate and self-contained I became with it. But I felt weirdly disconnected.
Afterwards, I kept thinking about that moment.
