Free, online Breathwork session

This month I guide you from the Amazon, Peru where I’m spending a few months experiencing and learning from the indigenous Shipibo healing modalities. I’ll be transmitting the spirit of this work though the breath practice.

Working with the breath is the most simple, yet most powerful tool I know.

Just taking a moment to notice how we breathe invites a deeper awareness of how we actually feel. It invites presence and connection. Whether we have moments of joy or moments of sorrow, the breath allows us to fully feel and fully be ourselves. In this way the breath connects us intimately with life.

In a breathwork session we use this tool to go a little deeper and expand our consciousness beyond our everyday awareness. By slowing down, breathing mindfully and being present with our own experience, we can access the places in ourselves that we’re unaware of in the middle of our busy lives. Here we find the places that need love and healing, we find the places of true inspiration and inner guidance. And we can find peace by experiencing an inner connection that also connects us with the ‘beyond’ our limited personality.

It is an opportunity for you to go deeper into what’s most important for you right now, and access information in yourself, you didn’t know you had.

Practical information:

  • We start at 7.00pm UK / 8.00pm CET / 11.00am PST

  • The session is 1 hour, including introduction and integration.

  • For beginners and experienced breathers.

  • The session can be done sitting or lying down, but make sure to be comfortable and undisturbed.

  • I play some music to guide you through the journey. I recommend using headphones for you to be able to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

  • Everyone will have their eyes closed. You can keep you camera on or off, but I prefer to be able to see you in order to guide you best.

  • The breath technique we use is called conscious, connected breath. It’s easy and gentle and we’re not pushing for intensity. I’ll instruct you and guide you along the way.

  • If you're suffering from a heart condition, high blood pressure, bipolar, schizophrenia, glaucoma or are pregnant, go gently and please only breathe through the nose.
