This process allows old wounds, patterns, and unresolved experiences to surface and heal organically — at a pace that respects the nervous system and honours your lived experience. Together, we attend not only to what is difficult, but also to the potential that is quietly emerging through it.
Therapy becomes a journey of self-discovery and integration, reshaping your relationship with yourself, with others, and with life itself.
I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, emotional disconnection, and loss of meaning or direction; sexual, intimate, and relational challenges; complex relationship dynamics; identity across feminine, masculine, and queer experiences; racial and cross-cultural issues; and the integration of spiritual awareness and non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Coaching sessions:
COACHING is a more focused, time-limited process designed to support effective and lasting change in a specific area of your life. Typically offered as a six-session cycle, this work is practical, dynamic, and forward-oriented, while still grounded in deep psychological understanding.
Throughout the process, I hold a clear sense of your potential — supporting you in identifying and loosening the blocks that stand in the way of movement, clarity, and agency.
Coaching is particularly suited to dating and early relationship experiences, work-related stress and anxiety, career transitions, inner leadership, financial concerns, creative expression, and entrepreneurial vision.

My purpose is to support you in meeting the future you are moving toward — not by pushing or fixing, but by strengthening your natural capacity for awareness, choice, and inner leadership.
Our work involves addressing present-day challenges while developing your ability to remain centred, connected to intuition, aware of conditioning, and able to make life-enhancing choices. I integrate cognitive talk therapy with careful attention to emotional experience, body sensations, breath, and the nervous system.
While we stay anchored in the present moment, our work moves fluidly between past and future — supporting the integration of difficult experiences while expanding resilience, identity, and inner resources.
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place online or in person in North London. Sessions are offered weekly or fortnightly at £120.
