BREATHWORK SESSIONS
Working with the breath is one of the most simple, yet most powerful tools I know for self-discovery and expansion. Just taking a moment to notice how we breathe invites a deeper awareness of how we actually feel.
In a breathwork session we use this tool to go deeper and expand our consciousness beyond our everyday awareness. Entering this kind of non-ordinary state of consciousness can be a very effective way to explore a given issue that you’re dealing with, in a way that transcends the limitations of the thinking mind.
Here we find the places that need love and healing, we find the places of true inspiration and inner guidance. And we can find peace by experiencing an inner connection that also connects us with spiritual dimensions beyond our limited personality.
A breathwork journey typically runs over 3 weeks:
Week I: 1 hour preparation session where we explore the given issue from a therapeutic perspective, to identify patterns and areas of emotional charge.
Week 2: The breathwork is 2 hours in person or 1,5 hours online. Experiential discovery of knowledge and insights held in the subconscious.
Week 3: 1 hour completion and integration session to support the process of implementing the new awareness to your current life situation.
