Breath is the simplest yet most powerful tool for transformation.

Taking a moment to notice how we breathe brings us into deeper awareness—inviting presence, connection, and an honest reflection of how we truly feel. Whether we are in joy or sorrow, the breath allows us to fully experience ourselves, guiding us into a more intimate relationship with life.

In a breathwork session, we use this innate tool to go beyond everyday awareness, slowing down, breathing mindfully, and deepening presence with our own experience. This opens the door to the parts of ourselves often hidden in the rush of daily life—the places that need love and healing, the wells of inspiration and inner wisdom. Through this process, we can access peace and a profound sense of connection, reaching beyond the limits of personality into something greater.

This is an opportunity to explore what matters most to you in this moment and unlock insights within yourself that you may not have realised were there.

Practical information:

  • Start time: 7:00 PM UK / 8:00 PM CET / 11:00 AM PST

  • Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes (including group check-in, introduction, and integration)

  • Open to all levels: Beginners and experienced breathers welcome

  • Position: The session can be done sitting or lying down - ensure comfort and minimal distractions

  • Guided journey: Music will be played; headphones are recommended for full immersion

  • Camera choice: Everyone will have their eyes closed - you may keep your camera on or off, but I prefer to see you to guide you best

  • Breath technique: Conscious, Connected Breath—a gentle method, without pushing for intensity. I will provide instruction and guidance throughout.

    If you have a cardio-vascular condition, high blood pressure, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, glaucoma, or are pregnant, please go gently and breathe through your nose only.
